Kushner Studios goes corporate with this cafe addition. An insight into the world of fast food global culture and a lesson in food politics all came together as we inserted a now familiar design into the teeming and packed Harlem McDonalds outpost. Our roles were more orchestra leaders than composers (an apt metaphor for a restaurant marked by notable local musicians).
