A full gut townhouse renovation in the historic West Village poses enough challenges on its merits, throw in a new addition on that roof, a husband who likes open and modern and a wife & designer that has more electric tastes. Now we have a party! In the end it was a rich composition, a beautifully bespoke renovation stitched together by our firms modernist armature. Everyone ended up a winner.
