As a full service of architecture and design practice alongside our construction firm, we take special pride in working with young couples as they go through the unique, but inevitable, New York City experience of the First Apartment Renovation. We assuaged their fears promulgated by friends with contractor horror stories, typically borne out of ill conceived renovations. For this young proferssional couple we allayed their hesitations and gave them a wonderful open space in which they could continue their lives' journey. A near future intended to encompass a growing family.
