A gut renovation of four existing 5-story brownstones, with two new stories added, containing high-end luxury condominums. A variety of plans including simplexes, duplexes, triplexes and floors were used.

A gleaming glass and steel heart was inserted into the gracefully aging body of this traditional upper east side condo building. Spaces recede and project through its traditional skin. Interior surfaces are richly appointed with natural stones, glass tiles, and custom woodwork.
