Gut renovation of the client's classic West Chelsea loft apartment. Working closely with the client, who was also the interior designer, the project became a succcessful design0build venture. We were able to accomodate exquisite taste in furniture and furnishings seemlessing with our architectural finishes, casework, and details as the project proceeded with its construction. This was a project where the team approach allowed us to sweat the details to much success. Furthermore, owing to the inceptive issues of unknown scope, but still having to commence the project under definable time, the project was completed on a time and material bases.
