New Residential Building Having just read a fascinating article on the roll of 'Mother Trees' as the progenitor of forest lives, Mr Kushner used the metaphor to create a hub in this slowly gentrifying neighborhood. The ground floor is situated under NYC's Fresh plan what promotes food markets will reach out to the community supplying it with nourishment and social intercourse. Although the project's fate is currently in limbo, we are proud none-the-less to be given the opportunity to design such an event. This 'head and tail' building fulfills its role as a "mother tree" along Atlantic Avenue acting a comforting beacon of prosperity for this up and coming neighborhood with an illuminated top front piece, a beacon and sign of good intentions to its neighbor.
