The idea for this 1,500 SF, 30 Barrel Craft beer creation, located in central Sunset Park, was brewed up and brought to us by Mr. Kevin O’Donnell after he heard about our work with Threes Brewing. The space existed as a manufacturing warehouse and we acted as the expediter and design architect to change the use to a Micro Brewery with an accessory tasting room. We worked hand in hand with the General Contractor, InHouse Group, as well as all consulting engineers, and provided all necessary assistance with the layout of the brewery and mechanical equipment. This fantastic journey was made enjoyable by working with wonderful clients who’s main goal was to create something that embodies the cumulative culture that is New York into the industry. We are delighted to be a part of a Brewery built to celebrate all Five Boroughs of this city.
