Karaoke bar/ restaurant/commercial gut renovation.
This location is a bit out of our sweet spot, however, this decidedly modern insertion in a rather nondescript low rise retail district seems to have hit it’s mark. It is wildly popular, and a few years in, it is still so. We take pride in having acted as their Architects of Record and giving the owners the ability to open their doors to the waiting public in a timely manner. We ceded design to ownership while refining some of their more extravagant impulses.
