[1,200 SF dining room, 2400 SF preparation area, storage, and office]
A fifty-seat Lower East Side restaurant that was owned, built and designed by the principal. The primary element was a 45ft long communal table that transitioned into the plating area for the kitchen. A wildly successful and well 'buzzed' establishment (until it wasn't), the Owner / Architect / Contractor is now happy to design and eat at other persons' establishments.
