We are absolutely thrilled and thank all of you who cast their votes for us in this prestigious international competition "Architizer A+ Awards"!  We are honored to have been recognized. 

We are humbled that 213 Third Avenue has been selected as a winner in the Architecture Model + Rendering Category among such a talented group of our peers & colleagues. We are proud of our team's hard work and dedication to creating innovative and groundbreaking designs that inspire and delight. 

And a huge thank you to the incredible collaborators who brought this project to life! We want to acknowledge the exceptional contributions of  Madco3D, In House Group Inc., Tam, and Sika. Their efforts and unwavering dedication have been invaluable to our success. We're thankful to have worked alongside such talented teams.
