An article in the New York Times, written by Aaron Short, featured Principal Adam Kushner's 16 Minetta Lane home as it was opened up to the public for Open House Weekend New York. Visitors were awed by the eccentric home property, unaware that this may be the last time that they'll be able to roam its halls as Adam plans to sell the home later this year.

Principal Adam Kushner begins his 37th annual run down Broadway on October 12th, 2025. Participants will meet at 7:30AM with the marathon starting at 8AM sharp. Across 20 miles, the runners will run from Broadway Bridge on 220th, through Battery Park, and finish off at Tavern of the Green.

After 3 ½ years of planning, Kushner Studios is getting ready to break ground on 213 Third Avenue. This massive collaborative effort will mark the first utilization of 3D printed parts in a high-rise building with 3D printed commercial entryways and storefronts.
